Sourced from Brazil, Mexico, and Guatemala, this blend unites the chocolate‑heavy depth of Brazilian pulped‑natural beans, the clean structure of washed Mexican coffees from Chiapas cooperatives, and the volcanic complexity of Guatemalan lots from Antigua and Huehuetenango. Grown between 900–2,000 meters, these Bourbon, Typica, Caturra, Catuaí, Catucaí, and Mundo Novo varietals hold their character even under a bold roast, delivering a cup as resilient as the people who first lit lanterns against the dark.
